Our labeling software supports continuous labels, roll labels, label sheets (pages containing multiple labels), and plain documents such as A4 pages. It includes hundreds of templates for popular label formats from Avery, Dymo, Brother, and other manufacturers.
The software is compatible with both desktop and dedicated label printers such as Zebra or TSC. Since label printers often operate at lower resolutions (e.g., 203 or 300 dpi), the software automatically adjusts the bar widths of every barcode on the label to match the printer's resolution. Data from many other sources, such as inventory and ERP systems, can be imported into the software via the ODBC interface or from CSV files.
Barcode Printing API – Integration into Your Own Software
With the Developer Edition, our software provides a labeling API to process print jobs via an XML interface. This allows seamless integration into ERP, inventory, and other business systems, so that label printing is handled by specialized barcode printing software that is fully dedicated to this task.
Your application simply writes the print data to an XML file and calls the API from the command line – no SDK, server, or additional libraries required. Printing runs completely in the background without interfering with the user's ongoing work.
Print Barcode Labels on Demand via Scanner or Keyboard
In addition to batch printing of labels, our software has a special mode that allows you to instantly print individual labels by entering a value, such as a product code. This value can be entered via a keyboard or barcode scanner – printing starts immediately. This makes our barcode printing software ideal for producing, for example, price tags or shelf labels on demand. In the same way, existing labels can be reprinted – simply scan the label's barcode.
For point-of-sale and similar use, the software can also run in a safe mode: Staff can print labels, but cannot accidentally alter them. Editing of data and label layout can be disabled; program and printer settings are locked.
Labels with Serial Numbers – As Barcode or Text
Our barcode labeling software supports both simple numeric and complex alphanumeric series, printing them on the label either as readable text or as barcodes. The software lets you specify a start and an end value, as well as the step size and the number of repetitions. Leading zeros can be added automatically to ensure consistent lengths. The numbers can be generated in ascending or descending order.
Static and Variable Images on Labels
The software supports variable images, meaning that each label can display a different image. This makes it possible to create price tags with product images or membership cards with photos, for example. The image file paths are taken from your data source and loaded automatically when printing. The software also supports static images, so that the same company logo or safety symbol appears on every label.
Customizable Number of Printed Copies per Label
When printing, our barcode labeling software lets you specify how many copies of each label you want. This can be either a fixed number for all labels or an individual number for each record in the data table. For the latter option, switch to the Data tab within the software and add a column with the desired count per record.
High-Precision PDF Printer Built into the Software
Conventional PDF printers often prioritize smaller file sizes over precision. In contrast, our barcode printing software has a built-in PDF export feature that stores barcode coordinates to six decimal places. The resulting PDF files can be shared and printed on any laser or inkjet printer without loss of quality.
The PDF export also supports CMYK colors, enabling color-accurate output with precisely defined color components. Text is converted to curves, eliminating the need for fonts. Together, these features make the PDF files fully self-contained and ready for print shops, with no font dependencies and with colors defined exactly as they will be printed.
QR Code Labels from Ready-Made Templates
