Vector & Raster Formats – CMYK & DPI
PDF and EPS are generated as fully portable files, with text converted to curves and an optional embedded TIFF preview (for EPS). Both formats support RGB and CMYK colors and are ready for professional print production.
Color components can be precisely defined using values of 0–100 (CMYK) and 0–255 (RGB). All supported vector formats (PDF, EPS, SVG) store barcode coordinates with a precision of six decimal places.
Raster graphics (PNG, BMP, JPG) are generated at a specific, user-defined DPI. The bar widths of the barcode are adjusted to match the selected resolution while preserving barcode proportions. This prevents aliasing artifacts and ensures optimal readability even at low resolutions (e.g., 203 or 300 DPI). The DPI value is also stored in the file header, ensuring that the resolution and the physical dimensions in inches or millimeters are contained directly in the file and can be correctly interpreted by graphics applications.

Easy Transfer to InDesign, Illustrator and CorelDRAW
Simply copy the barcode or drag it as a PDF or EPS file to the desktop, to a folder or into an application like Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW. Where needed, you can keep the program as a compact window pinned to a corner of your screen for easy access alongside these applications.
Fine-tuned for EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, ISBN, ISMN
For barcodes of the UPC/EAN family, the generator includes templates for the standard sizes SC0 to SC9, as defined by the specification. This simplifies the barcode generation process, often requiring only the barcode number itself.

Standard Font: The generator also includes the OCR-B font recommended by the GS1 specification for EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, ISBN and ISMN.
For all remaining barcode properties, such as minimum left and right spacing ("quiet zones") and the length of the start and stop bars, the generator likewise accurately follows the official specification. Example EAN-13 – SC2 size:
Pro Edition: Batch Mode, Serial Number, Barcode API
Barcode Vectorizer comes in two editions: Standard and Pro. The Pro Edition adds powerful tools for generating multiple barcodes at once.
1. Batch Mode: Generate barcodes from a list of numbers. The program validates the numbers in real-time during input and marks them as valid or invalid accordingly. The numbers can be imported from any source via the clipboard.
2. Serial Number: Additionally, you have the option to generate a serial number directly, with definable start and end values, step size, suffix, and prefix. The program automatically calculates and adds any required check digits.
3. Barcode API: This feature enables the generation of high-quality barcodes from your own application, accessible from any programming language. The API rapidly generates barcode graphics in the background and returns a status code.
